Episode Not Responding to the Issues with the app

I don’t understand why Episode hasn’t been responding to the tickets that I have been sending about the app having issues. It seems like nobody cares, and nobody wants to help. It’s been a week since I’ve been having issues with the app, and it’s still not solved! I am not about to send another ticket because it’ll be wasting my time. Several people are having issues with the app, and unfortunately nobody is responding back. I’m just really on the verge of leaving the Episode platform, and writing for another platform.

Due to high volumes of tickets the team is still a bit behind :slightly_frowning_face:. I apologize on their behalf and rest assured they are working hard to play catch up :computer::keyboard::computer_mouse: and address everyone’s issues.
