Okay so I’m getting frustrated because my passes are going down and not updating at all. It just started like that automatically. Is there any way that it could keep updating again. I need help. Please.
Have you tried restarting the app? Maybe that’ll help.
If not, delete and reinstall the Episode app.
If that doesn’t work then…you’ll have to submit a ticket.
