So I deleted my fb profile, which is what my episode portal/app is connected to and I need to know if there’s any way that I can transfer data to a different fb acc or do I have to make a completely brand new account on episode???

I think you can use your username and password from the app itself. Don’t quote me on this lol I honestly have no idea.

She meant for the episode interactive website. But I don’t think so.
Totally missed the website part 
@abygail.bauman Yeah, for the portal I would think you’d have to create a new one, since you have to sign into fb… Maybe ask @Sydney_H or @Nick?

I know an author that changed her email address that she uses to login. It took her months for episode to switch it, bit eventually they did.
@abygail.bauman This isn’t something I know a whole lot about, so I’d recommend asking the support team via help ticket. Hopefully they should be able to help.
