About a month ago I opened my Episode app to that all my progress had been lost. So I tried reading stories again but it took me back to Episode 0. I tried everything that I was capable of to try and restore it but it didn’t work. I downloaded episode on another device and tried transferring my data onto that but now the app on the new device just keeps on crashing. I filled in a ticket and it told me to uninstall my app and they would manually restore my app. It’s been a month and I haven’t been contacted back. Can someone please help me with this issue? Thank you.
It should not t take that long for them to reply. Did they ever contact you or fix the problem. I hav3 same problem but I will only wait a few days before I file another ticket
