I lost all my episode progress and it’s been over a month and episode isn’t helping at all. I filled in 2 tickets and one gave me instruction but never contacted me back and the other was ignored. I tried restoring from another device but it didn’t work. Anyone else having that problem?

I have that problem. Apparently you can’t transfer game progress between iOS and Android. That was the issue for me.
Did you lose all your progress though?
Yeah, when I transferred it all of it is lost, except my own stories though. Couldn’t do anything about it, just got some more passes after submitting a ticket.

yeh same and when i tried to read again it just went back to episode 0 so I can’t even read and I’m stuck on the old update for some reason
