Episode releasing a new version glitch?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how to fix this. When I enter the app it loads for a second before displaying the message: “We are releasing a new version! Please check back later!”. I have created a support ticket and they suggested reinstalling and restarting. However, that didn’t work and they have yet to get back to me again. This is IOS if that helps with suggestions. Has anyone had and fixed a similar problem?
