Where did you email them? I couldn’t find a category that fit my problem.
I just clicked the option that said “other” on the ticket link and then I sent in all the information.

I put my tracking number into USPS instead of UPS since they’re both working together because it’s a mail piece.
Ahhh, my notebook arrived and it’s SO pretty! My tracking number never updated throughout the process so that’s interesting that it still delivered. Either way, this is great!
Can I have a picture of it?? Sorry for being so random but I haven’t found anyone who took an actual photo of it

The paper quality is great and pretty sturdy. I was a little worried the paper would be flimsy but this is definitely worth it.
