turn off yr wifi then try turn it back on then go to the app, if it does it again, then maybe wait couple minutes, I guess. hm…

come out of the app, wait couple minutes, then go back in, if it doesn’t work then submit a support ticket.

leave the app, and just wait for a while.

You can submit without support ID–just put six question marks ? in the box, and it should work. :+1:

That happens to me, I just shut off my phone and then restart it, or wait a long time, works for me :joy:

I have just tried this but still does not work and I have uninstalled the app but still nothing

I hope you’ll get an answer back after u sent that support ticket soon, and hope that everything works out, honestly hate when episode times out as well, it’s annoying :sweat_smile:

They have replied they said to restart the internet and to sit closer to it but no use :cry:
