turn off yr wifi then try turn it back on then go to the app, if it does it again, then maybe wait couple minutes, I guess. hm…
I am on the app but now it is saying they can’t find my stories
come out of the app, wait couple minutes, then go back in, if it doesn’t work then submit a support ticket.
Now the app is not loading so I can’t send a support ticket without support ID
leave the app, and just wait for a while.
You can submit without support ID–just put six question marks ? in the box, and it should work.
That happens to me, I just shut off my phone and then restart it, or wait a long time, works for me
I have just tried this but still does not work and I have uninstalled the app but still nothing

I hope you’ll get an answer back after u sent that support ticket soon, and hope that everything works out, honestly hate when episode times out as well, it’s annoying
They have replied they said to restart the internet and to sit closer to it but no use
