Episode VIP not working

My Episode VIP pass renewed and I got the receipt from Apple but on the app, I don’t have it. When I click “purchase” on the VIP pass see what will happen, it tells me I am already subscribed. I don’t know what to do.

I’m not sure but you should click on “manage” to cancel and then you can retry to subscribe! I’m not sure if they are going to give you back your money! Just like i said I’m not sure. just trying to help!

Yes, it did! And I got another 50 gems as a “welcome gift” so it worked out better than expected:)
