When I try to upload an image for a background, I can’t even get past the upload files button. It doesn’t even show me my files. I’m confused please help

do u mind showing a screenshot of the problem you’re facing?
I’d suggest checking your internet connection and perhaps trying another browser as well as another device to see if the issue is localized to one device or browser or if it’s a bug with your account.
If none of that works, I’d suggest submitting a support ticket. Good luck!
