Error 11. web previewer

I am trying to preview my story, but receiving error 11
I have also tried internet explorer, but the same error.
Restart: Several times
Anyone here who can help?

I usually just save a copy of the script and head back to the main menu and then head back into my story, it works for me.

I’m not sure if this is why, but on line 939, you need to write in before 1

you can do out or in

I know. But she/he wrote transition fade out black 1 when it’s supposed to be transition fade out black in 1.
There was no in before the 1.
