everytime i begin a story, it acts normal and i’m able to use it, but then randomly the “error to load episode” pops up and crashes(nothing is wrong with my wifi). then when i try to start the episode again it goes to the same spot in the story and pops up again. what do i do?

Omg, this was happening to me either. You have to unistall the app from your phone (make sure you save your Support ID and remember the e-mail you use in case you have to fill a support ticket), then you have to turn it off and on, and then install the app again. This worked for me 
If that doesn’t work for you, I recommend submit a support ticket
