Error loading episode only with my story

Hi!

So… I’ve read that many others also have this problem, I personally got it recently with publishing a story. Basically when I’m trying to read it I get a text on the screen saying "Error Loading Episode. We cannot play this Episode because required story information is missing. If this persists, visit https://episodesupport.zendesk.com ".

I’ve noticed it showing up on my screen only with my story, and at first I thought maybe it shows up only for me (because before publishing I previewed it through a link and I had 4 episodes, but I published only 3 of them so I guessed maybe the error came from that). But now I made a new account just in case to check if it’s readable for others and well… It wasn’t.

Soon I’m publishing a new episode and with that I want to do everything in my power for this error to disappear. I know one of the reasons may also be errors in coding. Does it include spelling errors? Because other than that I don’t have in my script… And other reasons why this error could be appearing are also not possible.
Could somebody maybe help me out?

That happens to me, but only once and then after I click it again, it works. I never had it keep persisting. Does the side show any errors, warnings, etc? Is there something that could cause the story to break? Like in the scripting?

No, there’s nothing other than the spelling errors on top of the story. And the error “error loading episode” has been showing up for awhile for now :pensive:

Make sure the app is fully updated and restart it if the story still doesn’t work. If that doesn’t help send a support ticket. :blob_sun: :blob_hearts:

I restarted and updated, didn’t help. I also had sent a support ticket but they just said the reasons why this may have happened but neither of the reasons don’t seem to fit :confused:
