Error Message Bug

I have been getting this error message every time I try to play for over a month now! I have already filed a ticket AND uninstalled and resintalled the app three times! I’ve also been given a new account with a new support id (which resulted in losing years of progress) and I’m still getting this message when I try to play. I’m very frustrated and haven’t been able to read properly in over a month! I’m only posting here cause you guys take 10+ days to reply to emails on support tickets @Jesse


Same problem here. I got message from support, I can copy it there, maybe it will helps you. But it is not solution for me anyway :frowning: :neutral_face:
