Not owned by me…by other stories. The first one is a cover, where they edit limbs or add overlays ontop of a character. A drawn cover/art scene etc. is when an artist (s) hand draw digitally a piece of art

That’s not an editor, that’s an artist and an experienced dedicated one is nearly impossible. You may be able to track one down on IG, but that’s the smallest possible chance.
