Hi, how am I able to make a house, or building on fire? Is it with the use of overlays? If so, where can I find fire overlays non copyrighted? Thanks!

I personally mess around with the opacity and time and copy and paste how many times I think is enough, for example:
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 0.5 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 1 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 0.5 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 1 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 0.5 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 1 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 0.5 in 0.4
@overlay FIRE EFFEXT opacity 1 in 0.4

Pixabay is a good website to find non copyright pictures. You can also make the flames move to make them look more realistic. For instance,
&overlay CAMPFIRE FLAME shifts to 52 11 in zone 3 in 1 THEN overlay CAMPFIRE FLAME shifts to 51 10 in zone 3 in 0.75 loop INFINITE times
You shift it from its original spot then have it go back and make it loop
