Fading Issue in Script

NARRATOR
The 1524th Age of Reyes is ruled by King Dexter Reyes-
&overlay SUNRISE create
&DEXTER stands screen center AND DEXTER is idle_armscrossed_neutral_loop
&overlay SUNRISE opacity 1 in 0
&overlay 6702106766344192_SUNRISE shifts to 0 0
&overlay 6702106766344192_SUNRISE scales to 1.920 1.920
&overlay SUNRISE moves to layer 100
&DEXTER moves to layer 50
@pause for 2
&overlay SUNRISE opacity 0 in 1
&overlay SUNRISE moves to layer 49
NARRATOR
-with his wife Queen Gisella and their three children.
@overlay SUNRISE opacity 1 in 0
&overlay SUNRISE opacity 0 in 1

The overlay SUNRISE is the same as the background. When I preview it on the computer and phone, it doesn’t fade in per se, but appears suddenly. How do I fix this?

Thank you in advance!

Go to 3:17 think that should do it

@overlay SUNRISE opacity 1 in 1

You’ve told it to appear instantly.
Use this line to make it face in.

Not this

&overlay 6702106766344192_SUNRISE shifts to 0 0
&overlay 6702106766344192_SUNRISE scales to 1.920 1.920

But this

&overlay SUNRISE shifts to 0 0
&overlay SUNRISE scales to 1.920 1.920

Both work.

Oh
