I tried making those for a story but it wouldn’t get accepted to use as a background because it is iMessage.

There’s a feature available in Episode for making text messages!

set format phonetext

Add your character names and dialogue like normal

set format cinematic

And for the main character to text on one side and everyone else on the opposite side, make sure you have the main character selected in the Character creation section! Hope this helps
