Favorite photoshop apps/websites?

Hey everyone!

Recently I’ve been getting into making my own backgrounds and I’m really liking it so far! BUT I have ran into an issue or two… or one hundred throughout, the process. One of my biggest things I have been running into is the fact that I cannot change the opacity of glass windows or mirrors (anyone have any suggestions for this?). I have been using Isib paint- but that’s mainly good for creating backgrounds rather than altering backgrounds. So-

What is YOUR favorite photoshop app or website that is “user friendly” that you would recommend?

My favourites are
Ibis paint
Krita

And for reducing the opacity of glass in ibis paint u have to select it through the lasso or selection window an dthen duplicate the layer and reduce the opacity of that layer ans if there is something behind the glass then i would suggest downloading a new glass png and import it and then reduce the opacity
