The author of this post is requesting for gender fluid clothes , we need more clothing items as for representational purpose, so it would be accurate.
Coming to avatar , in sense of clothing items and facial features maybe ,I am guessing cause there is variety of hairstyles available in male avatar & female avatar as well.
But I guess its okay to have a separate slot for them, if nobody is offended in any way or if majority of people are requesting it for!

She’s not asking for a new avatar, she’s saying that not every transgender woman looks like what they’ve made them look like, because when they get the surgery, they then look and sound like a cis-gender person they’re transitioning to.
She’s saying that the fact they have stereotyped transgender women into this box is disrespectful. She meant nothing disrespectful to the creators.

I’m happy that someone made a post like this! I support it! 
I have a character who is a trans man and a character who is gender fluid. And it’s so hard to find clothes for them in the generic female category that appears to be more masculine.
