You can already do that well I do through iTunes I have payment coming straight from my paypal
Please explain that.
Under setting in the Apple ID info there an option for payment delivery to be PayPal. So every purchase I make on my iPhone comes straight off my paypal. Not sure if android an do the same.

I didn’t notice that, and I’m on iphone
