FEATURE: Old grey beard for mature characters

Why cant my older characters have facial hair and still look their correct age?

All the facial hair we have makes older (I mean characters over 60) look quite young, especially because of the color.

Not only do we need a salt and pepper kinda hair color but also beards and facial hair.

Please help my elder characters.
