FEATURE: Option to change Early Access gem price

As the title suggests, I think it would be great if authors could alter how many gems their early access option presents to readers, much like how we have the option of choosing how many gems we want to charge for gem choices (5, 8, 12, etc).
Of course, there would have to be a cap to prevent authors charging too much.

The only problem I find is that some people would go overboard with the gems, but its still a good idea
