FEATURE: Overlay flip (Overlay mirror)

It would be useful to be able to mirror/ flip overlays sometimes…now I solve it by uploading two mirrored overlays…but it would be cool to have such command directly in the script.

In the meantime you can use a negative scale to flip it too. Eg. @overlay OVERLAY GAME scales to -2.800 2.800

Flipping easier would be ideal so I support

As amberose said at the moment you can do it by making the second size negative, just remember that then you also need to rotate the overlay 180 anchor point 0 0 in 0, else it will appear upside down…

Oooh, actually… You can work it both ways

@overlay BASIC OVERLAY scales to -90 90

^ this will mirror your overlay - left/right

@overlay BASIC OVERLAY scales to 90 -90

^ this will flip it - upside down

Really, I didn’t know that one. Never even tried it (I’m an idiot :crazy_face:)
Thank you. That makes things a bit less messy.
Anyway, I still support a flip option for easier coding.

Yes! I still support this too. Because I’ve found that if you manipulate the scaling like in my examples, it doesn’t work with tappables :eyes: I feel like an easier flip command might help that

I’m SUPPORTING THIS!!! :fire::fire::fire:

Yes! Support! I’ve been trying to make a complex scene where we see a car crash from up above, but the road is curvy and I can’t flip them in any way to make them drive normally.
