FEATURE: Renaming Uploaded Backgrounds

So we have the ability to upload our own backgrounds but not to rename them, and I think it’d be beneficial if we could- if we make a typo in the background’s name or forget a space, there’s no way to fix it, and it can grow kinda irritating.
