I found another thread when searching for slow motion but I wasn’t sure if it is the same. ( @Sydney_H correct if I’m wrong.)
I would love if there would be a slow-motion command. it could work like this
Characters already spotted
@CHARACTER1 walks to spot % X Y in zone # AND CHARACTER1 is jog_happy_loop AND CHARACTER2 walks to spot % X Y in zone # AND CHARACTER2 is run_athletic_loop
Let’s say a car is about to run them over. For a more dramatic effect, this could work like that.
&slowmotion pan to zone # (where the car is) in T
&zoom on X Y on %
@overlay CAR shifts to X Y in zone #
@slowmotion pan to zone # (where the car meets the characters) in T
Seconds for the overlay moving and animations could be used but wouldn’t be necessary as the slow-motion would make them useless.
I don’t know if it’s possible, but definitely a fun challenge for donacoders.
