Support! Small author here (does 517 or so reads still count? That number is definitely a LOT higher than the number of people who have finished my story.)

Relatively small author here (10.595 reads total on one story, 6 reads on it this month, just got back from a 1,5 year break from Episode, revamping aforementioned story). I believe you definitely qualify with your reads count.
Ugh, and isn’t that always the case? People start reading, but the completion rate is just 
since not many actually finish reading it
