Omg, yes, that would be so awesome! I think you actually can do it if you have specific overlays and such. But I know that many people struggle with advanced directing and a kind of VHS filter would be good, and make it easier for everyone. It could be used to show old videos in a story or just simply for the aesthetic. I definitely think this is a wonderful idea!
