I actually think the BBB stories are fun, kind of in the way that shows like The Bachelor can be guilty pleasures. They are definitely comedic, even if the comedy isn’t really the most unique or imaginative.
My First Everything was a comedy, despite being shelved as romance. Some of the moments of satire were genuinely funny. The big thing that held it back was that it still tried to be sincere in some of its “sexy” moments.
If Unexpectedly Expecting were more like MFE in terms of its tone, I actually wouldn’t mind it. It would be much better as satire.

Yeah, this is a cautionary tale. One of the responses for why you can’t be pregnant is because you just started using birth control. Did she not also use a condom with these complete strangers?

I’m sure everything will turn out OK for the MC in the end, though. She’ll probably have a baby, a college degree, and two guys who want to be the father of her kid.
