I think the fire coming out the hands should look more smokey and add shading to the person and then blend it in.

- Dont make the outline so thick
2.Use more shading on the cloths and skin as well as fachile feachers
3.add more detail on the hair
4.add eyelashess
5.dont make her so bolky reamember females have a more femanime look (well not all girls but ya know)
