Fire overlay is invisible plz help!

I can’t figure out why my fire won’t frigging become visible. Can anyone please help?

@overlay FIRE shifts to 100 100 in zone 1 in 0
@overlay FIRE scales to 1.0 1.0 in 0
@overlay FIRE opacity 1 in 0
