Try replacing the “&” with an “@” and “is” with “starts”
Like this:

@ERIK spot 1.280 114 1 in zone 1 at layer 2 AND ERIK faces right AND ERIK starts kiss_playful_rear
@ANNEKE spot 1.280 65 3 in zone 1 at layer 1 AND ANNEKE faces right AND ANNEKE starts idle_happy
@pause for 3
