Realistic, semi-realistic, and cartoon will be commission. Episode-style will be free, but most free artists have waiting lists going into May. So, you have to check art shops or go with an edited one.
I can try and make what you’re looking for (my services are free and I don’t have a waiting list btw). I’ll just need to know what you’re looking for.

Semi realistic art scenes.
Then you’ll probably have to pay commission since a lot of hours go into the making of drawn art work and a lot of amazing drawn artist cost money for all their time and effort. There’s a few people knocking around who are free since they did covers for me but as far as I know, the ones who helped me have all changed to commission now or their requests are closed (:
