The person should try logging into your portal directly.
How can they do that?
I don’t know if you’ve been trying to get the person to log into your email first but I feel it’s best to go to the portal straight.

If you have another device, try logging into your own portal. You can use an incognito window to try too. Maybe you’ll be able to find the issue if it doesn’t work for you as well.

I tried that yesterday, I used my iPad and it worked for me. Which is confusing since it works for me

I checked, it works for me and they don’t have any spelling errors.
