Gamestate help me

why is my gamestate differnt on my iphone and ipad episode both ios I sign into my iPhone and my process are different it a brand new account I not getting any help do I need to delete my account and try again? Has anyone else have this problem using on iPad and iPhone I don’t even have the new layout either

I have no idea, but maybe you can’t be logged in on two devices. Besides, it’s August 15/16 and the message says
“would you like to restore the account that was last saved on 2023-08-15” which is today

I thought we could as both is IOS I wonder if I need to delete the extra account that on my app to be safe what would you do just wondering start over again on new support Id once again

I would choose to restore the account that was last saved, since it was last saved not long ago.

I would check my iPad though too and see if my account is still working there.

I would also copy my account details like user id and password to like my notes just in case of anything

I just decided to start over again with my main email that I had for five years and go from there it should work fine with both iOS it shouldn’t have been problem at all I don’t think thank you for the help I been having issues with this app since July I lost my main support with lots of passes saved so unfortunately I got to start Al over
