I am not sure but I think that means boyfriend/girlfriend they founded through episode community and may not be in actual relationship just a relationship that Is too show.
My one of the friend have an episode wife and boyfriend lol.

Yeah I actually was dumbfounded by this I asked my friends about me and they told me that it is a relationship but these people “ date “ online

i think it might mean they’re just boyfriend/girlfriend on episode. like a twitter bf/gf, it’s just strictly on episode. i have no idea though! do not take my word for it lol
