Getting a character to enter the scene at a smaller scale

I’m using the INT. NEW AUDITORIUM PODIUMS - DAY background and if I want my characters to look like they’re on the stage they have to be spot directed. I want them to be walking onto the stage and behind the podiums but I cannot figure out how to do it while having them be the same scale the whole time. Can someone please help me out?

Place them offscreen with the scale you want them to be, them make them walk onscreen with the same scale.

@CHARACTER spot 0.788 -100 134 in zone 1
@CHARACTER walks to spot 0.788 120 134 in 2
