Dude yours are awesome! I can’t animate mine for the life of me. I just found a trick to make the face less fuzzy when bringing it to and from an editing software, which was an issue I had for a longggggg time

Aaaaaannnd that’s why I’m procrastinating on my story.
Choices? No prob. Tappables? No prob. Zooming? No prob. Creating super ridiculously complex directing? No freaking prob. Spot directing 7+ background characters and having them all have interact/walk around while the MCs are having a conversation? Hell no. I have 6 (will be 7) main characters and I’m dreading the day that they’ll all have to be in the same frame. It’s not that it’s hard to do, it’s that is so tedious

What about spending 3 hours to make a custom overlay that you’ll only use for 30 seconds in a scene

Don’t remind me. I think I’m okay with it for now, but I know when I finally start coding them in I’m gonna be dragging out the scene to get my work’s worth.
This overlay took me four hours to do. Why? Because I freakin drew half of the arms. The legs look super rough, but they’ll be covered up by blankets, so I’m not worried.
This one took me four, too. I’m never even gonna use it since I stopped working on the story

I personally really enjoy making them, I like getting creative with my story, but they amount of time you gotta be willing to put into them. I spend 99% of that time just cutting out the background.

Dude, I did that one I think a year ago, it was my first one, and I tried to do another recently and I forgot how hard it is to do. I refused to spend more than two hours on it, but I have to redo it since the character is so awkwardly large.
Sorry, I’m being complainy, overlay work is just a lot

Nuuuuuu, I’m sowwy. I don’t think it’s bad. I had to draw in half the jacket and that was really difficult to do, I just made the character a little large for the bike. But you’re really the reason I got back into custom poses because I forgot how much I liked doing them. I think I’ve made 6-7 for future episodes.

I’m not sure when it’ll be done. I have the storyboard done for a lot of the first season, but I have to code it all so I can release in batches (just an FYI, the guy-girl together half-naked scene doesn’t happen until the second/third season, I was just bored I guess). I’ll definitely PM you. I’m really glad I asked about ur story, though. It’s so good
