I do sincerely apologize for the late submission , and for not contacting you in advance of the deadline to request an extension something that in hindsight I obviously should have done when I realized I was going to be late. But I realized that this was a lot of work, and when I turned in one assignment, I was missing another, and I’ve just been so overwhelmed with everything going on with the pandemic, and my life has been so hectic lately (Insert dramatic emoji here)

Don’t you want me to be successful in life? If you fail me right now, I may not have motivation to keep trying in school, and when people ask me why, I’ll have no choice but to say, that it was your fault, and I probably won’t get into college, because they’ll see that I failed this grade, and I’ll end up having to work at Mcdonalds, and won’t be able to pay my bills, and end up as an old cat lady on a dark shady street. And it’s all because you didn’t give me a chance to show you that I have learned this year.

I know that I haven’t been turning work, and this is entirely my fault. You have done nothing but give me chances to turn in my assignment. I know there is no real excuse for missing these assignments, it’s just that the stress of switching to online work, and this whole pandemic going around, it’s given me serious anxiety, I haven’t really been able to focus as well as usual.
