Guys my friend she’s a Writer and reader , tried to hack episode to get Gems
then she opened the app and got 1500 gems then it closed and showed that…
SHE TRIED TO UNISTALL IT THEN DOWNLOAD IT , but it didn’t work!!
So is there’s a way to fix it please?
Unfortunately not. Because she tried to use hacks, her account has likely been IP banned/suspended. The best remedy would be sending a support ticket to Pocket gems and seeing if there’s anything she can do.

I mean… she did try to hack her way through the system… She could try sending a support ticket, but I feel like it has the potential to get very messy.

Do you mean that supporting a ticket maybe won’t work?
Have her check out this link. Submitting a ticket is always worth a shot, but there’s no guarantee, as she was violating Episode’s TOS which she would’ve agreed to upon first entering the app.

Well, from the context given, it seems that she did hack the system. If you send a support ticket, they might be able to resolve it and fix it. But at the same time, this is kinda dicey territory seeing that she did violate the rules…

There’s kinda nothing she really can do as she did hack into the system. Try sending a support ticket.
Did she sign in directly with her account or was it one of those accounts that had a bunch of gems on?
Because if she generated or something directly onto her account then she cant do anything except send a ticket
However if she only just signed in an account that included the gems I think I could help
