I’m not quite sure what you mean though.
Like, you could have different hairstyles for different outfits, instead of being one hair for all outfits.
Do you mean making a hairstyle part of an outfit? You can kind of already do that with a command or just make another character.
Like the sims 
I would love this… but I feel like it would require way too many steps just to achieve this.
