MY overlays and bgs are not getting approved, they are still in reviewing process
can anybody tell me why this is happening

Idek y it’s taking forever, authors r taking years to update bc of it. I’m so confused too

I even sent a support ticket the day before yesterday! they didn’t even respond to that, while my another ticket which I sent yesterday cuz I wasn’t able to see my story in create section got a reply

I know its pretty annoying sometimes, but all we can do is wait.
I usually wait for my bgs and overlays to get approved for like 1 or 2 weeks. Sometimes its 5 or 6 days, but idk why sometimes we have to wait longer. 
When I uploaded the cover for my story I waited for like half a month or so.
But dont let this destroy your mood…

Oh I didn’t know it took so many days, usually my bgs and overlays of my previous story got approved wthin 2 days,

I believe their goal is usually 3 days and yes, it’s taking longer than usual right now.

Right before new years they were taking like 10 mins and now its taking a bit longer than usual

I had a batch of my backgrounds approved yesterday. I think they’ve been waiting for a few days, a week tops.

I just got 2 backgrounds approved this morning but the other backgrounds and overlays I uploaded days ago still haven’t been approved. I guess it’s just taking them a bit longer for some reason.
I uploaded my covers on Saturday and they’re still not approved! It’s WEDNESDAY!!
