So I use the episode app on my phone almost daily and sometimes when I enter it forgets my account information and makes me sign in again. Sometimes even the app closes on its own. It even erased all of the stories in my favorites section, but later restored it.
Has this happened to anyone else? Let me know I really hope its just a bug and not something wrong with my device.

This happens to me too, usually comes back after reloading~
ugh i feel you, it usually comes back after a few minutes
I’m so upset about this! I hate when it loads and freezes or does those crazy glitches! I really hope they solve this bug soon! If not idk how much more I can take.

Idk they have been nowhere to be seen!
Them right now even with all the messages they probably get because of these issues 
They just keep on acting like everything is fine and nothing is wrong!

Update: Tech support helped with the issue and the sign in is fixed. It should only log you off if you reinstall or if the app itself has a new update(from what I have been told).
