Why??
Iâm brown and they donât like me cosplaying as pale anime characters⊠or any white character tbh
But it is not right that there is a problem if you are brown and you want to cosplay a character with a white complexion
And then thereâs the fact that most of the anime characters white people are cosplaying⊠are actually Japanese. No one complains about that, though! But when I want to cosplay them? Itâs an issue
I usually cosplay as myself lol
In fact, this seems to me to be racist. Darker people cannot cosplay characters with a lighter complexion
Unfortunately people always have to say about everything
Theyâre the ones being racist if they get offended over dark skinned characters wanting to cosplay as light skinned characters. Cosplay has no colour.
True, cosplay has no race and no colour
This is why I really do not like the cosplay community. They act like theyâre better than the ones who want to cosplay for fun.
I find it cool when dark skinned people cosplay as light skinned characters, same with white people cosplaying as dark skinned characters.
It bothers me when they say blessedly to you that you are so pale and you can do so many cosplayers, what centers the complexion with passion.
Tell me about it.
Anyone can cosplay whoever they f**k they want. People need to get off other peopleâs backs and let them cosplay without any judgement. I donât care if someone wants to modestly cosplay (meaning cover their body), thatâs their business but donât get mad when someone doesnât want to show so much skin.
I havenât but I want to. For now, I just admire cos-players
Here they are sometimes saying "Youâre too tall to do this character cosplay âŠ"
rolls my eyes violently
Iâll never understand what is it with people bringing in height. So what if a tall/short person wants to cosplay.
Cosplay has no height either.
Alice Angel, Wonder Woman, That girl from Fantastic Beasts, Cinderella and Oberon from A Midsummers Night Dream.
I have never done it. But I would love to do
No, but I realleh want tuu
Might try it out
