trying to get my characters to come in from the same side the left one person ahead of the other and one stays to the left the other goes to the right tried doing it twice but the character does go where I want but now my character glides ill put an example up of work I’ve done

&PEYTON spot 0.97 450 125 in zone 1 THEN PEYTON faces left
&PEYTON walks to spot 0.970 194 116 in zone 1 THEN PEYTON faces left AND PEYTON starts idle_awkward
&PEYTON moves to layer 1
&RAQUEL spot 0.97 450 145 in zone 1 THEN RAQUEL faces right
&RAQUEL walks to spot 1.01 53 99 in zone 1 THEN RAQUEL faces right AND RAQUEL starts idle_sad
&RAQUEL moves to layer 2
@transition fade in black in 1

Assuming you want both characters to walk into the scene together, try this:

&PEYTON spot 0.97 450 125 in zone 1 THEN PEYTON faces left
&PEYTON moves to layer 1
&RAQUEL spot 0.97 450 145 in zone 1 THEN RAQUEL faces right
&RAQUEL moves to layer 2
@transition fade in black in 1

@pause for a beat
&RAQUEL walks to spot 1.01 53 99 THEN RAQUEL faces right AND RAQUEL starts idle_sad
@PEYTON walks to spot 0.970 194 116 THEN PEYTON faces left AND PEYTON starts idle_awkward
