Having trouble with my car moving

So basically, im trying to direct and have the car move off screen, its working FINE and perfectly normal, BUT whenever the characters move, one of them moves too fast or the other moves too slow, i want them to move at the same time with the car moving off
but even if i do the seconds the same it still gives me this problem
idk what im doing wrongg
please helppppp !!

&JACOB walks to spot 0.524 196 102 in 2 AND JACOB does it while idle AND MOLLY walks to spot 0.530 245 96 in 3 and MOLLY does it while idle
@overlay CAR ANGLE BROWN shifts to 582 -0 in 5.0

set the same time for everything

that just made them go all over the place HAHAHAHA one character went too fast then one was left behind ahhhh D:

you need to place them in the car when they offscreen for smooth direction

how do i do that? >_< I tried doing that with one of the forums for car overlay movement but im still lost
