You’ll have to try IG because all artists have really long waiting lists or charge commission. That or get an edited one.

Semi-Realistic (Basicallly any style I’m not picky because I can’t draw and There’s so many people who can)
I don’t think there’s a ton of people who’ll be willing to do semi-realistic art for free, but your best chance is probably giveaways on IG.

I am, but I literally have the worst luck and I don’t really care of it’s semi-realistic or not it’s just what I would perfer I would be grateful for anything.
