I’ve heard that it’s okay to use, but I personally haven’t used it since it looks too robot-y for me. (What I mean is that the poses look too stiff? I also am quite lazy to make a pose there) so what I do is that I search for pose references instead (senshistock is nice dhshd) and then I make guidelines as I eyeball the art piece
