No it doesn’t work like that. Episode use to have a reading calendar… were for if you read four chapters then you will earn different rewards, such as passes. But they replaces it with the little gift box you see in the bottom hand right corner. You will have to pay for more passes.

You can watch videos to lessen the waiting time for passes by 30 minutes but not for an extra pass.
