So I need help in one of my scenes I am trying to make both of my character resized like (short) and walk at the same time but they get big afterwards can anyone help out with this?!?! How can I make both of my characters resized and walk at the same time?!?!

For the character to mantain their size you need to keep the scale (s) the same in both commands.
